Special Consideration
Special Consideration
Learners can apply for special consideration following an examination if they consider that they have been disadvantaged when they took the examination by illness, injury or adverse circumstances. Special consideration cannot remove the difficulty which was faced but instead attempts to go some way to assist the learner affected.
Students can apply for special consideration through their myCILEX portal – they should choose My Learning and then Request for Special Consideration.
Only applications which are received by the published deadlines are considered by CILEx.
