Management Development Programme – Autumn 2022

People management is complex and sometimes we get it wrong. This is even more likely to happen if we have never been shown best practice. CILEX have created a management programme that provides the opportunity to explore your own styles and preferences, understand how this is perceived by others, and have a go within the safety of the learning environment.

Focusing on 6 key areas, this programme is aimed at new or less experienced people managers. You can expect interactive workshops, tools and strategies you can use straight away back in the workplace and certainly, some fun and laughter along the way.
