Independent End Point Assessment Organisations (EPAOs), are responsible for the administration of End Point Assessments, we ensure consistent application of standards and competence of the Apprentice against the standards set by employers.
Paralegal and Chartered Legal Executive End Point Assessments are structured as follows:
Registering End Point Assessments for Law Apprenticeships
End Point Assessments need to meet the Apprenticeship Standards set by employers. CILEx is aware that there are a range of Paralegal roles, which can often be very different. In order for assessments to be adequately matched to an apprentice’s role, it is important for CILEx to receive information early. By registering Apprentices with CILEx when an Apprenticeship commences, we can work with Training Providers and employers to ensure that:
- Apprentices have met the necessary gateway requirements for their End-Point Assessment.
- The appropriate type of Assessment in relation to the relevant standards are set.
- Assessment Resources and facilities are in place at the right time.
