Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice
The Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice
was developed to recognise the growing number of students who are
either interested in a short but rounded introduction to Law and
Practice or have a specific learning need within an area of Law and
This qualification consists of five units,
which are individually accumulated. The units are chosen from
of 19 units in accordance with
the qualification rules (see below). Each unit is
regarded as a worthwhile achievement in its own right, and
certification is available at unit level.
Students can complete the Level 3 Certificate
in Law and Practice en-route to the larger (10 unit) Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and
Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice - Qualification
You can choose from a suite of 19 units to build
up your Certificate qualification. To achieve the Level 3
Certificate in Law and Practice, you must achieve five units in
accordance with the following rules:
- Unit 1 Introduction to Law and Practice
- Unit 16 Client Care Skills
- Unit 17 Legal Research Skills
- Plus one Practice unit (chosen from the nine Practice
- The Law unit linked to the Practice
unit you have chosen.
