Latest updates on the CILEX Reform Agenda
Changes to our governance and membership structure: On Tuesday 6 May 2025 we received formal sign off from the Privy Council on changes to our Charter and Bye-laws. We are now progressing with the implementation of these changes.
Proposed regulation redelegation: We await further direction from the Legal Services Board (LSB) on progressing our application to seek to redelegate regulation of CILEX professionals to the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
