Latest updates on the CILEX Reform Agenda
Changes to our governance and membership structure: We are awaiting formal sign off from the Privy Council on changes to the Charter and Bye-laws.
Proposed regulation redelegation: In October 2024 the CILEX Board agreed to submit an application to the Legal Services Board (LSB) to seek to redelegate regulation of CILEX professionals to the Solicitors Regulation Authority. We await further direction from the LSB on progressing our application.
