Payment options

In line with the General Terms and Conditions, the following payment options apply to; CILEX membership, the purchase of courses, qualifications, physical books, e-books, and events which are sold by CILEX. 

Online Applications & Purchases 

For any online applications and shop purchases via myCILEX (including if you are applying to renew your Membership), the acceptable payment options are Direct Debit (Annual, Quarterly and monthly), requesting your organisation to pay on your behalf and all major Credit & Debit Cards (please note we do not accept American Express).

Payments direct from your bank 

You may pay direct to the CILEX bank account. All invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date and the remitter's name and Membership/Invoice number must be quoted as a reference.

All payments from outside of the UK should be made in GBP. 

We ask that if you make payment by bank transfer that a remittance advice is sent to accounts@cilex.org.uk 

Please note that CILEX do not provide receipts, however, you can check the status of your invoice within your myCILEX account

Payment by cheque is no longer accepted by CILEX.
