Assessment Administrator

The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) is the professional and representative association for Chartered Legal Executive lawyers, and other legal practitioners and paralegals. It regulates all its members in the public interest. CILEx provides education, training and the development of skills for its members, and those who wish to become more proficient and knowledgeable in the law. Our members are partners in law firms and advocates and may apply for judicial appointment.

Assessment Administrator
Kempston (Bedford) based. Full time.
Salary circa £17,000 depending on experience. 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Assessment Team. You will be part of a small operational team focused on carrying out duties associated with the effective delivery of CILEx qualifications and examinations in accordance with CILEx policies, regulations and its regulators. 

You will be required to input accurate and timely examination data following all administration and financial processes, this will include liaising with all internal and external customers. 

The successful applicant will have excellent customer service and administration skills, with experience of maintaining a database working to tight timescales and schedules.
