Graduate 'Fast-Track' Diploma

The CILEx Graduate ‘Fast-Track’ Diploma is aimed at law graduates considering their options to become a qualified lawyer. The qualification can help you become a Chartered Legal Executive lawyer instead of becoming a solicitor or barrister through the LPC or BPTC.

The CILEx Graduate ‘Fast-Track’ Diploma is ideal if you don't want to face the high study fees associated with such courses, or don't want to have to secure an elusive training contract or pupillage. The overall cost for study and CILEx fees on this course is up to around £2,400 (including all CILEx fees), depending on where you choose to study. You can study at your own pace, but the qualification should take you around nine months to complete part-time.

If you already hold a qualifying law degree awarded within the last seven years, you just need to study two CILEx Level 6 Practice subjects (one of which must relate to a subject you studied within your law degree), and the CILEx Level 6 Client Care Skills course to complete your academic studies.  Click here for a list of the individual level 6 legal units available from CILEx.
