Criminal Prosecution Qualifications

This section is for all CPS students taking qualifications making up the Advanced Paralegal Apprenticeship in Legal Services (Criminal Prosecution Paralegals pathway). The two main qualifications making up the apprenticeship are:

• CILEX Level 3 Certificate in Knowledge of Criminal Prosecution Procedures (sometimes referred to as the knowledge component of the apprenticeship;
• CILEx Level 3 Certificate in Criminal Prosecution Case Work (sometimes referred to as the competence component of the apprenticeship).
