CILEx Logo Usage Policy and Identity Guidelines
Why do we need a Logo Usage Policy?
Image and identity are expressed not only in what we say and how
we say it, but also in the “look and feel” of our communications -
the colours we use, the use of our logos, typeface (font), etc.
When all of our communications share a distinct and consistent look
and feel, we communicate our core values before even a single word
is read.
Having a clear and easily understood policy with supporting
guidelines will assist other appropriate groups to promote our
brand in the way we are comfortable with. Guidelines are not meant
to restrict other people from using our logo but more to allow them
to use it appropriately for the benefit of all involved.
The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) logo not
only represents an organisation but it also represents our members
and their qualification and professionalism. Our policy and
guidelines ensure that those factors are respected.
Through consistent application of these guidelines and
repetition of these messages, our image and credibility will be
reinforced, increasing the value of our organisation and our
members.
The documents above will help you decide if you are
eligible to use our logo and how it should be used.
