For CILEx members
This section provides information about IPS for members of
CILEx.
It covers the standards expected of CILEx members and what
happens where a member is alleged not to meet those
standards. IPS may act following allegations of misconduct or
on the basis of a member's fitness to practise on health
grounds. There is information here on the procedures used to
investigate these matters, the disciplinary powers that IPS may use
and the sources of support available to members. Disciplinary
orders which have been published can be found here.
This section also outlines the practise rights currently
available to CILEx members and summarises the applications being
made for new rights being made for CILEx members.
