On the future of authorised professional firms

This Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) consultation seeks
views on two issues that relate to inconsistencies in the
regulation of authorised professional firms (APFs) arising from the
introduction of alternative business structures (ABSs): the
position in respect of SRA-authorised ABSs; and the position of
other APFs regulated by the SRA.

The deadline for submission of response is 17 August 2012.
